Online store Durpee operates in strict accordance with the Law "on protection of consumer rights."

According to Art. 25 Of the law "on protection of consumer rights", you can return or exchange goods of good quality purchased in a retail store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

According to Art. 26.1 Of the law "on protection of consumer rights", you have the right to return any product purchased in the online store within seven days after receipt of the goods without specifying the reasons for return.

Return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, and also the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are kept. The absence of the consumer document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods does not deprive him of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of purchase of the goods from this seller.

The consumer has no right to refuse the goods of good quality having individually-certain properties if the specified goods can be used only by the consumer acquiring it (note.: if the goods are made to order).

In case of refusal of the consumer from the goods, the seller must return to him the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, except for the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, not later than ten days from the date of presentation by the consumer of the relevant requirement.
